Notes on Ordering

If you wish you may download the order form and return it when completed by post or fax.
Please indicate the numbers of plants you require and the delivery week, noting the availability weeks for each section and the relevant variety unit and minimum order quantity. Please contact us for further details if anything is unclear to you. We will be pleased to assist you.

All Dümmen - Red Fox products are now rooted in Rheinberg and therefore you may combine for same delivery any Dümmen products (including Confetti liners) in the marked section.

Delivery volumes - In order to make the best use of the cost of freight, we have set a price for orders at 3000 plants per delivery; if you require quotations for larger quantities please let us know. Alternatively, we will also be able to give you a price for smaller orders which will be calculated to your specific requirements.

Basic prices are the gross prices per 1000 in £ sterling inclusive of packing, delivery and royalty where applicable. Plastic colour labels are available for some products as shown in each section. Please indicate your requirements on the order form. All gross prices are subject to 10% discount for prompt payment which is within 14 days of delivery. All orders are subject to our conditions of sale.

1. ORDERING The placing of an order with Hollyacre Plants Ltd. constitutes an acceptance of the following terms and all contracts shall be in all respects be construed and operated as an English contract and governed by English Law.

2. DELIVERY The cost of delivery to any destination in mainland U.K., in non-returnable packaging, is included in our prices and every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to forecast delivery dates but we shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.

3. COMPLAINTS Any complaint as to plant quality must be notified to us immediately and delivery notes must be clearly noted “Damaged” in the event of transit damage.

4. WARRANTY Every effort is made to ensure that plants supplied are true to type and free from pests or diseases but any warranties or conditions whether expressed or implied as to quality or fitness for the purpose supplied or productivity or freedom from pests or diseases are expressly excluded.

5. LIABILITY Our liability to customers is expressly limited, whether in contract or tort, to the value of the plants at the date of sale and we will not in any circumstances be liable for any consequential loss or damage howsoever caused.

6. SUBSTITUTIONS We reserve the right to substitute what, in our opinion, represent suitable varieties.

7. TITLE IN GOODS All goods supplied remain the property of Hollyacre Plants Ltd until payment has been received in full.

8. CANCELLATIONS There will be no charge for orders cancelled more than 13 weeks prior to delivery but we reserve the right to make a charge in the event of later cancellation as follows:

6 to 12 weeks		25%
3 to 5 weeks		50%
Less than 3 weeks		90%

9. PROTECTED VARIETIES Varieties marked (P) or other symbol are protected and propagation is only permissible under licence agreement from the breeder.

10. PRICES All prices are subject to alteration without notice.

11. DISCOUNTS & PAYMENTS Discounts may be deducted for payment within 14 days of invoice but, in any event, all accounts must be paid by the end of the month following the month of invoice.

12. VAT All our prices exclude Value Added Tax which will be charged as applicable.
